The Delphi to .NET Team

In addition to our core team, we have additional members who are used on an as needed basis. Our core team consists of the following members.

Chad Z. Hower a.k.a. Kudzu

Chad Z. Hower aka Kudzu was formerly the the Regional Developer Adviser (DPE) for Microsoft MEA (Middle East and Africa). Chad is the team leader of Delphi to .NET and a professional speaker for Woo Hoo. Chad has worked with dozens of migrations from Delphi to .NET involving many of Europe's largest ISV's. Chad is also the original author and architect of both Indy and IntraWeb, which have been an essential part of Delphi since Delphi 6. More about Chad

Hadi Hariri

Hadi is a Software Architect at Atozed Software. He is also Co-Chair to various Open Source projects including Indy, Indy # and Mobile Agents. He  loves to travel and luckily gets to do so when speaking at International Conferences. His main passions are Software Architecture, Web and TCP/IP development and security.  He lives in Málaga, Spain with his wife Katya and his two wonderful sons, Maxim and Sasha and runs the local .NET User group for Málaga and the province.

marc hoffman

marc hoffman is co-founder and Chief Software Architect at RemObjects Software. marc is the architect of Hydra, the cross platform application framework which enables developers to slowly migrate and extend their Delphi application with .NET at their own pace. marc grew up with Turbo Pascal and Delphi, but was an early adopter of .NET and involved with the porting and re-designing of several RemObjects products to the .NET platform. This provided marc with experience bridging the gap between Win32 and managed code and led to Hydra.

marc lives in Berlin, Germany and spends most of his spare time doing landscape and outdoor photography in his new home town.

Olaf Monien

Olaf Monien works as an independent IT consultant and trainer for international companies, such as Atozed Software and Borland/CodeGear.  His main areas of interest are Software Architecture, Database Design, Web Applications and Internet Communications. Olaf is a frequent speaker at software developer conferences and published many articles in software magazines. Olaf received a master of computer science degree at the University of Hagen, Germany and has over 20 years of software development experience.

Roland Guijt

Roland Guijt is trainer, consultant and owner of Oosterkamp training consultancy in The Netherlands, specializing in .NET training and consultancy. Roland has been using  Delphi and Turbo Pascal since their beginnings. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, he now leads courses frequently on all kinds of topics within .NET. Trainees include not only Delphi, but also VB and existing .NET programmers. Roland is currently involved in several mid-sized projects, including a .NET 3.0 multimedia project and Delphi to Visual Studio transition for a well-known company in The Netherlands.
